The Northern bluefin tuna (Thunnus thynnus), sometimes call the Giant Tuna as it is capable of reaching well over 500 pounds with a world record of 1,496 pounds [A1]. Bluefin can be seen all along the Atlantic coast from Newfoundland to the tip of Florida; they are more common from South Carolina to the north. Bermuda also yields bluefin.
