Bluefish:

Bluefish take many things but prefer menhaden, sardines, jacks, weakfish, anchovies, shrimp and squid. Bluefish tend to swim in schools of similarly-sized fish so when you catch one there will likely be others. Bluefish eagerly take fresh baits. Nylon-haired jig are effective especially with a strip of shiny fish on the hook. Top-water popping lures are very effective. Fast retrieve , shiny spoons or bright-colored plugs, jigs, and fluorescent colored tube lures are all effective. Try:
a Got-Cha Lure if you have not before.

Spanish Mackerel: Spanish Mackerel are voracious, opportunistic, consumers. They feed on mainly of small fishes plus shrimp and squid. Anchovies, menhaden, alewives and thread herring , are particularly important forage in some areas.

Try a Got-Cha Lure if you have not before. Clark spoons and Mackerel Trees are very productive.

Speckled and Gray Sea Trout:

A couple of must have trout producers include:
MirrOLure lures and
FinS Jig Bodies or similar on a jig head.
Any of the shrimp patterns are also a good bet. Trout bait will pick up many other species as well.
